Nomination Form 2008
The Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon is May 9 in the Senior
Courtyard. At this luncheon, special volunteers with
extraordinary service to Paly are acknowledged -- parents, faculty,
staff, community members, students. In order to recognize people,
we need to know who they are. Please complete the HSA Nomination
Form and return it to the Honorary Service Award committee by May
1. Details are on the form.

The annual election meeting is scheduled for April 17 @ 8:30 a.m. in
the ERC. PTSA members who wish to make additional nominations
from the floor may do so at the meeting.
