Paly Reporter Submission Guidelines

  • The submission deadline each month generally falls during the week following the monthly PTSA Executive Board Meeting. The Submission Deadline schedule provides exact dates. Submit articles before 5 p.m.
  • Please try to limit articles to a maximum of 700 words (roughly the amount that will fit on one typeset page).
  • When submitting photos, please include the names of people appearing in them and their contact information so that we may obtain their permission. However, pictures of large groups of students and/or adults may be published without permission
  • Send submissions by email to palyreporter@paloaltopta.org. We can accept Word, PDF, jpg and gif files, as well as text and pictures in the body of the email message. If you wish to submit in another format, please contact the Reporter editor Karen Karpen at palyreporter@paloaltopta.org.
