PTSA Teacher Grants
The PALY PTSA now funds two kinds
of Teacher Grants: Viking Grants and Fast Track Grants.
Both are subject to review by the PTSA Grants Committee. General
info on grant criteria and the two types of grants are provided

Viking
Grants
The PALY PTSA
has funded Viking Grants for several years. Grants of up to $2500 are
awarded to teachers to enhance their classroom programs and support
school-wide goals. Any teacher at Paly may apply.
Collaboration among staff is encouraged and grants of larger amonts
will be considered for collaborative projects.
Fast Track Grants
The PTSA
knows that often, a small amount of money can make a big difference in
the classroom. Fast Track grants for amounts up to $500
are now available. Fast Track
Grants are reviewed right away and the money is given to the requesting
teacher within a matter of days. Fast Track Grant requests
may be made anytime during the school year.
